Střílky, Czechia 4 - 5 July 2020
The 6-week long summer seminar has begun in Střílky, Czechia, with the holy festival of Gurupurnima. The unique event took place in the presence of His Holiness Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji, having returned to Europe following several months in India.
Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji participated in various special programs organized to promote and celebrate yoga, on the occasion of International Day of Yoga.
The Indian Yoga Association (IYA) call for a Synchronised Global Prayer and Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwaranandaji and Yoga in Daily Life organizations worldwide will join this event.
The coronavirus has struck the whole of humanity and people are struggling all over the world with how to live with this new problem. In India, people who live on daily wages are at risk of starvation, so Vishwaguruji sent an appeal to the people of India and abroad to donate funds for food for those people.

After Melbourne, Vishwaguruji travelled to Yoga in Daily Life ashrams and centres in the north-eastern state of Queensland, for programs in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the state capital, Brisbane.
Vishwaguruji was welcomed to Melbourne at the airport with flowers and devotion.
