22 April 2024 – Vishwaguru Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwarananda Puriji was invited to the celebration of Hanuman Jayanti, the birthday of Sri Hanumanji, to one of the most famous Hanuman temples of Rajasthan, Mehendri Balaji Temple in the village of Mehendipur.

The celebration was dedicated to Sri Hanumanji, an incarnation of Lord Shiva, th perfect bhakta (devotee) of Sri Ram, and one of the central characters in the Indian epic, the Ramayana. This day is celebrated all around the world because Hanumanji is ideal yogi, devotee and true karma yogi.

The celebration in Mehendipur Temple started with the story of Ram and his bhakta Hanuman, explained by famous storyteller, Dr Vishwas Kumar.

Many saints, yogis, politicians and devotees gathered to celebrate Hanumanji, and on this occasion, Vishwaguruji also met His Excellency the Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Kalraj Mishra and Mahant Naresh Puriji (head of the temple).

From Sri Alakhpuriji Sidha Peeth Parampara, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Gyaneshwarpuriji, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Phulpuriji, Swami Avatarpuriji and Swami Rajendrapuriji accompanied Vishwaguruji on this occasion.
