Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji visited yoga practitioners in Cuba again after two years.

From 18 - 28 April 2019 Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji visited Cuba again after two years. He was warmly welcomed by Sadhvi Yamuna and the Yoga in Daily Life group from Holguin, together with friends from Barcelona, Gran Canaria, Canada and Europe. 

At several places in Holguin and by the beautiful seaside at Playa Pesquero and Guadalarvaca Beach, Vishwaguruji gave many inspiring lectures, satsangs and practical lessons on asanas, Bari Khatu Pranam, pranayama and meditation.
