Vishwaguruji continues World Peace Tour in New Zealand and Fiji Islands
Vishwaguruji has been spending the early days of spring in New Zealand and Fiji, on the southern hemisphere leg of his 2016 World Peace Tour.
New Zealand Sept 26 – Oct 12
After workshops and satsangs in Auckland and Wellington, Vishwaguruji spent some days in Sri Devpuriji Ashram in Raumati Beach on the Kapiti Coast (north of Wellington). There he attended the celebrations of the inauguration of the new mayor of Kapiti Coast District, Mr K. Gurunathan.
He also found time to enjoy the beautiful nature in the Te Nikau Forest Reserve.
Fiji Islands Oct. 13 – Oct. 18
Vishwaguruji was invited as Guest of Honor at an evening satsang in the Bharat Sevashram Sangha branch in Suva, Fiji. Members of the ashram thanked him and the International Yoga in Daily Life Fellowship and Sri Swami Madhavananda World Peace Council (SSMWPC), for their donation of more than $70,000 Fiji dollars for disaster relief.
The funds were raised by international members of SSMWPC and Yoga in Daily Life in countries all around the world, after last year's Cyclone Winston devastated the Fiji islands.
Vishwaguruji's World Peace Tour continues in Australia, where he is visiting Melbourne, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Sydney.
